Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all physical products sold by AquaLoch (“AquaLoch,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to soil amendments, fertilizers, biological products, and related goods.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within [14–30 days] of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Products that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of agricultural and biological products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Products exposed to environmental conditions (heat, moisture, contamination, etc.)

  • Custom or bulk orders

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within [48–72 hours] of delivery.

To process a claim, we may require:

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Order details and description of the issue

At our discretion, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [5–10 business days] after inspection and approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our part

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

AquaLoch is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

No Performance Guarantee

Due to the variability of soil, climate, and application practices:

We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our products.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Lawn or plant performance

  • Soil outcomes

  • Perceived effectiveness

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AquaLoch is not liable for:

  • Improper use or application of products

  • Environmental or site-specific conditions

  • Indirect or consequential damages
